At Total Environmental Technology, we believe that giving back to the community is just as important as being a part of it. Not only does this strengthen our relationship with the general public, but we desire to see our local organisations given the extra support and awareness that they deserve.
Below are some examples of activities and fundraising that we have recently participated in, with plans to continue our involvement with charitable causes.
On 26th October 2018, we welcomed Trustees and Members of HER Breast Friends up to our depot in Carnaby to meet everyone at Total Environmental Technology. They were invited for a tour of our office and workshop, before we unveiled to them our newly coloured truck – our truck has been fully wrapped in pink in honour of HER Breast Friends and their charitable work.
The aim of this is to help raise awareness of the fight against breast cancer, all while supporting this very deserving charity who provide fantastic support for those in the local area.
To conclude their visit, a cheque for £500 was donated by Total Environmental Technology. This was then met by a further £500, donated by Thompsons Commercials in Hull (the supplier of the vehicle).
We are very honoured to have been given the opportunity for this newly formed relationship, and look forward to future plans in the years to come.
